I had a wonderful stay at Amea Baku Hotel. The location is perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. However, I found the hotel’s location slightly different from what was shown on Booking.com, which was a minor downside.

My stay at Amea Baku Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, the staff, especially Ulvi and Mohamed, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my family feel welcomed. On the other hand, the management's handling of room arrangements was frustrating and disappointing. The lack of an elevator and the rude behavior from the hotel owner compounded the stress during our stay. Overall, I would rate my experience as below average.
